NEED TO IMPROVE INSTITUTIONAL PERFORMANCE (23Feb21; HCB Mission) In my opinion we need to think on this topic. Because if we could improve the Quality, Performance and Productivity Of one Educational Institution, we would impact hundreds or thousands of Students. BACKGROUND: We as Community need large and fast Changes. It must be clear that WHERE WE NEED CHANGE?" We need changes Actually in the Quality, Performance, Personality and Productivity Of the Generation, mainly. If our Community Educational Infrastructure continues to produce same Quality Of Generation, we would achieve same results, i.e NO CHANGE. CHANGE within short period: In order to bring change we do not always need a new generation, rather if the EDUCATION SYSTEM of one Institution wants to bring CHANGE, it can do it within ONE SESSION, only, i.e 2 to 3 years, in it's OUTPUT Personality of the Qualifying Students.
