EDUCATION Ought to prepare us for our actual, practical needs of present and future life Subject knowledge & competence are important. Nonetheless, they are only an incomplete part of student development, as there are multiple non subject aspects of development, which are indispensable for present and future life of every individual as well as of the community and Nation. Education itself, as the main HRD instrument, must be able to address the actual, practical needs of our life. This ought to prepare the community human resources as per the needs of life.
