In my opinion, we ourselves are responsible and accountable, as per the call of IMAAN, to craft the needed changes in the community by utilising the required social construction i.e educational and HRD mechanisms. Only 5 Point CHANGES in the Quality of community human resources: We must understand that if we want to bring any change, what should be changes and where they should be. Christian and other non Muslim communities especially some anti Muslim communities have numerous missionary Organisations.  02 . Hundreds of these missionaries are colossal in size and possess thousands and lacs of Educational institutions. 03 . These missionary Organisations impact crores of young human resources, their parents and their complete lifestyles. 04 .
