In my opinion, we ourselves are responsible and accountable, as per the call of IMAAN, to craft the needed changes in the community by utilising the required social construction i.e educational and HRD mechanisms. Only 5 Point CHANGES in the Quality of community human resources: We must understand that if we want to bring any change, what should be changes and where they should be. We need to bring change in the quality of our Human Resources. These 5 points change in one person, will change the total scenario for him, in his personal, professional as well as social life.
