MUSLIMS Are Non Competitive, not as individuals But as a Community

" MUSLIMS are non competitive, not as individuals but as a community"

During my recent TEACHERS TRAINING Programmes, in Christian missionaries and during experience of years of education, teachers training, students Development and Institutional Consultation, I have observed following:

LIST of observations:

01 . Christian and other non Muslim communities especially some anti Muslim communities have numerous missionary Organisations. 

02 . Hundreds of these missionaries are colossal in size and possess thousands and lacs of Educational institutions.

03 . These missionary Organisations impact crores of young human resources, their parents and their complete lifestyles.

04 . Our young human resources also are substantially and significantly addressed and crafted by these missionary Organisations.

05 . They are preparing their human resources as per their social, economical, political as well as religious requirements. Some Anti Muslim missionaries are venoming their young minds even.

06 . For our young human resources from these institutions, EROSION OF IMAAN also is an important Outcome, which is evident, too, across the new generation. They are among the weakest portion of the Community.

07 . We as a Community do not have that type of Missionary Educational and HRD Organisations. If we have a few, they are   barely to count even. They are certainly not enough at all.

*08 . Their dedication and commitment towards their Social & Religious visions are REAL and Staunch.*  

*09 . Their work Professionalisms are highly competitive, productive and objective oriented. They are simple, commited, dedicated, honest, accountable and vision Oriented.*

10 . We as Community do not have missionary Educational and HRD Organisations, in their comparison and competition.

11 . We as community do not intend to produce Objective Oriented Quality of Human Resources as per our community needs. We have just limited our education system to teach syllabus, pass examinations and copy others.

CONCLUSION:

01 . The total young generation of the society are prepared as per their  requirements, competence and with a negative Approach towards Muslim and Islam.

02 . Muslim generation from these institutions come up with Qualifications as well as erosion of IMAAN, essentially.

03 . Majority of our institutions do not intend to produce the right Quality of Human Resources as per Community needs

04 . Moreover as, such a questioned community, we have insufficient number of Quality institutions.

05 . Majority of our Educational and other institutions have become Symbols of Poor Performance, despite the clear CALL OF IMAAN.

*06 . These missionary Educational and social organisations have vast potential to FLOW LIKE GANGA, with their ideologies and high performance.*

*07 .  But we, as the most beleaguered community, do not have any particular flow of human resources ReDesigning.*


POSITIVE Aspects:

01 . We have IMAAN. We can become IMAAN Oriented in terms of our performance, profession, Professionalisms and Personality. But we need to understand it correctly, not traditionally.

02 . We still have 24000 registered and overall 1,20,000 Islamic institutions in country; thousands of Schools, 4 + central Universities, overall 24 + Universities and hundreds of colleges.

03 . We can optimise the Quality, Performance, Productivity and Outcomes of our Educational institutions, by resorting to ISLAMIC Management & Professionalisms.

04 . We can aspire to transform our Institutional reputation from poor to the BEST, by the call of IMAAN by utilising the ISLAMIC Management & Professionalisms.

*05 . For us ( sorry! Not for us, rather for Momin, if we are) it is very easy and natural to improve in terms of every aspect of institutional productivity.* 


RESOLUTION:

01 . We must resolve to change the scenario of community human resources development

02 . We must resolve to improve and develop the right INSTRUMENTS of development for correct Development of the community.

03 . We must resolve to rethink the Concept, OBJECTIVES and Outcomes of our education and Education System.

04 . This is our IMAANI responsibility to produce right quality of Human Resources for our QAUM and other communities of the nation.

05 . It is our IMAANI responsibility to REDESIGN the Education, Training and HRD System for developing right quality of Human Resources for Community Development and Nation Building altogether, because the negative people have affected the quality of the generations as per their ideologies and requirements.
