*INTRODUCTION:*

It is leadership responsibility to determine, specify, clarify the educational objectives of the educational institution, organise necessities and direct the whole organisation to achieve the goals. More than the educational objectives, the HRD objectives are important and it is leadership responsibility to determine the HRD objectives, organise and do various types of decision making to achieve the HRD objectives of education and the educational institution.

The nation, society, organisations and families are made by it's people. People are made by the cummulative efforts of  education, training and other HRD instruments. Further, the quality of the people depend upon the quality and effectiveness of education, educational courses, educators, education system and most importantly the Institutional LEADERSHIP, that are running, managing and leading everything. Education ought to produce right quality of solution human resources for personal, professional, organisational, industrial, social and national needs. If it is not preparing the human resources for their own actual needs, it is a mere forfiet.

The most important factor, in the delivery of education and the development of student generation, is the institutional leadership. It impacts every component and function of the institutional education system.
Even the availability of every component of education, would not be able to produce the desired or the needed quality of human resources, for a community or nation, if the institutional leadership is not efficient, effective and objective oriented.

The institutional leadership issues are  diverse, dynamic, extremely important, not easy yet they warrant continuous,  uncompromising attention and efforts. 

In this webinar, Dr. M. Kashif Raza Khan tries to outline all important  and pressing issues and talks about the role of institutional leadership, and it's different aspects, in ultimately fostering excellence in students.

NEED TO DEVELOP QAUMI TRAITS

Need To Become A QAUM and behave like Qaum We are a QAUM identically but actually, practically we are not a QAUM, rather we are large groups of individuals.  For an example, It is like a very large field, which is green with grass. It is innumerous grass but all are actually, finally weed. They do not have any cumulative strength. These all are only individuals. There is not even a single development like a Bargad Tree.
