*Overview:*

A discourse  on "Education Reforms & Community Human Resources ReDesigning"  was conducted in HCB iLMS (HCB Institute Of Leadership & Management Skills), Gaya, Bihar, India. This was aimed to explore innovative approaches to transforming education systems, role of it's components and reimagining community human resources development for sustainable development. It brought together educators, researchers, students, and community leaders to discuss strategies and solution instruments that may enhance effectiveness of education for producing the better quality of community human resources as per individual, professional, organisational, societal needs and future challenges.


*Objectives:*
a. To analyze current educational frameworks and identify areas for reform.

b. To explore the role of education , educational institutions and educators in shaping the outcome personality of qualifying students

c. To understand the relationship between our education and our development needs 

d. To develop actionable strategies for helping education, educators and institutions improve productivity  and effectiveness in community HRD 
e. To inspire participants to become active contributors to educational and community transformation.
