(FULL PAPER)

Introduction
Regardless of any particular religion, creed, community or nationality, the development of a community or a nation development depends upon the people it  has. There are developed, developing, under developed and backward countries in the world. All the developed countries are developed because of the efficient people they have. These efficient people are central functional factor that utilizes the rest of resources for the overall development of their countries. Hence, these people are the most important resources of those developed and advanced countries.
These efficient people are made up of efficient individuals. In the core, the individual performance has the impact upon the total performance of the people, community and the nation.
Any community, that is desirous of economical, industrial, technological growth and global recognition, has got formidable responsibility to improve the performance of the individuals and of the total human resources. It has got responsibility to formulate attitude, mentality, skills, aptitude and overall mood of the individuals in a particular frame of thought, as per the need of the community. It has also got to take responsibility to devise a central system of Human Resources Development, that may prepare the personalities of the individuals as per the need of the community and the nation. If a community or a nation is not capable of utilizing and developing it’s human resources and individual performance, it is bound to be in the ditch of ignorance, confusion, discontentment, backwardness, failure and universal rebuke and if a  community or a nation is capable of utilizing and optimizing the performance of it’s human resources and individuals it is likely to achieve great performance and global recognition like the developed countries, America, England, France, Germany, Japan, Korea etc.
On the one hand where majority of the muslim community and our Indian brethren take education, training etc and try to achieve  good and  well paid jobs, a Japanese youth is educated and trained not to get a good job rather he assumes his responsibility to contribute to this world and make it a better a place to live in. Hence, Akai Morita and suburo establish  the world’s leading electronic company SONY and  AKAI; Mr. Suchiro Honda establishes world’s leading Automobile company HONDA MOTOCORP etc.
Particular type of development and formation of personalities, attitudes, aptitudes, habits, tendencies, and other traits of the people are the outcomes of the education, Training and  other contributors of the Human Resources Development environment. There are certain factors and contents of training behind the particular type of development and formation of the human resources of a community and a nation.
Islam is not a text to recite, remember and preserve only, it is a vibrant and impactful system of success also, that maximizes the expansion of development and unfolds unchartered horizons of vision, thought and performance. Islam gives a concept of proactive behavior, self realization, global citizenship, global leadership, objective oriented action, positivity, great performance etc.
The Indian and global muslim community are desperately, in need of revival of the factors of performance, inherent in the Islamic references. This study is an effort to illumine those factors of performance.
The darkest crises are the greatest opportunities for true leaders.

Importance of the topic:
Where the development and sustainable growth challenges warrant effective utilization of human resources, we lag behind in everything, especially, in the proper utilization and objective oriented development of human resources and individual performances. Consequently we fall behind in every field like Educational, Economic, Scientific, Technological, Industrial, Social and Political advancements.
Islam has always been the most advanced, relevant, effective, proactive and tremendously result oriented system of performance and success. The last Prophet Mohammad (S.A.W) gave a system of transcendent performance, in all spheres of life, in the name of ALLAH.
In the modern extremely competitive, fast and crucial time of unprecedented change of Industrial, scientific, technological, financial, social developments, where we face backwardness, various challenges,  offences and crises from all around, Islam clearly talks not only about standard development but about transcended development and Global Human Performance Optimisation also.
Importantly, whereas all the Industries, organizations, MNCs of the world try for at least standard performance (standard effort) from individuals, in order to maintain profitability of the organizations, Islam does not limit an individual to any standard performance or standard effort only. Rather our deen provides a mental frame  to deliver full effort, in turn, motivating for extra effort, delivering beyond  standard performance, transcending the accepted point of success.
As the developed countries thrive and soar high in the sky of success, we ought to prepare appropriate HRD strategies as per the need of the community and nation. We need to improve our global human resources and individual performance in order to attain modern growth, Industrial, economical, technological, social and  political developments also. If the prevalent HRD system, Training, Educational systems are not producing the required and desired results, we need to redeem the design and the content of the training and should incorporate the factors, that bring about the revolutionary change in the character, personality, attitude and performance of the individuals and the total human resources.
The original training of Islam contains the factors that cause major change in performance of individual performers and of the whole community in total too. The  prevalent training and education system of all non premium universities of the world,  of our nation majorly and of our global community especially, desperately lack those important content of training that revolutionize individual performance. The rediscovery, redesigning, incorporation in formal education and training system and implementation  of those factors of performance upon the youth of our nation and our global community are the challenge and need of the time.

Current Global Scenario: A background
According to a UN Report on Arab Human Capacity Building report, “no nation is powerful on the basis of it’s natural resources and wealth but only on the basis of efficient human resources. On the economy and oil resources of the middle east countries America is swaying virtually total control, only on the basis of it’s highly efficient human resources”.
Another UN Report on Human Capacity Building of Africa, mentions, “The human factor is indisputably acknowledged as a critical factor of development of any action. This is because the human resource constitute the ultimate basis for the wealth of nations rather than capital income or material resources, which are passive factors of production. For the human beings are the active agents who accumulate capital, exploit natural resources, build social, economic and political organizations for the development of it’s citizenry.”
Recently, in the year 2013 Japan had to face disastrous calamities, tsunamis and earthquakes. Japan had to bear immense losses. Several cities were almost destroyed and several atomic plants were destroyed and grieveously hampered. However, Japan is probably the rarest country to have recovered from such a big disaster, so fast and so efficiently. Finally, the prime minister of Japan states that “our resourcelessness is our biggest resource”. In absence of almost all natural wealth Japan is leading the world just because of it’s highly efficient people.
China, having won independence in 1948, one year later to ours, has shown the world the power of it’s self conscious, ambitious, efficient and passionate citizens. China has been continuously superceding the global performers in  business, economy, technology, infrastructure, higher education, science, international relations, political power etc. Recently China toppled Germany to become the world’s biggest exporter. When in the year 2000, around,  India had only five thousand technical institutions, across the expanse, surprisingly, five lacs technical institutions were sprawling in China, making it’s people adequately skillful, economically more stable, morally high and self confident, technically very strong and ambitiously innovative and adventurous.
This is only China that has given the world an alternative Higher Education and Global Universities Ranking system i.e Shanghai Ranking System, besides  THE (Times Higher Education) and Q.S Ranking system.
Today China enjoys and flaunts confident attitude and is able stare arrogantly and assertively into the eyes of any other world power. This is only because of China’s efficient, passionate and committed human capital.
Russia being  almost nine times smaller than the Indian population is considered one of the most powerful countries of the world only on the basis of efficient  human resources. Russia sent first person to the moon. It launched first satellite to the space. This nation led the world in technological, economic, social, political arenas for a long period, a few years ago, are just a few instances to count.
Most surprisingly, the almost smallest community of the world, which is even lesser than Delhi in population, is currently almost the most influential and powerful community of the world. This holds major control over the world’s economic system, world’s business system, world’s war technology, world’s social networking, world’s personal data bank, world’s best intelligence services, United Nations Organisation, World Bank, IMF and so on.
And this community is the Jewish community. To take an inspiration, we can clearly understand that in absence of any other natural resources these people have achieved so much. This is only because they utilized their human resources and made them efficient, effective, passionate, ambitious, self conscious, committed and integral human resources.
These nations, including some companies from our nation as well,  are leading the whole world, exploiting the global resources, with the help of industrial growth and  highly efficient MNCs. To name a few CocaCola, PEPSI, Facebook, Dell Computer, Toshiba, SONY , Panasonic, TOYOTA, HONDA, Ford, Google, Amazon, Stanford University, HP, TATA, Birla, Wipro, Reliance, Biocon, RANBAXY, Sun PHARMA, INFOSYS, Sahara Group, Citi Bank, ICICI, HDFC, idea, Airtel, Vodafone, Aircel, Ashok Leyland etc.
These all references are substantiating the importance of competence development of human resources for community, national and global growth. Human Capital Optimisation and Human Resource Efficiency Optimisation are relatively most modern terms of the advanced world. Yet these are not common clichés or threadbare. Only the global leaders of even a limited circle are using these terms and soon within three to four decades these would become theme of the global workforce and project developments.
However, the biggest revolution of the human resources efficiency optimization  took place in the history fourteen hundred years ago under the leadership of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W), in the desert of Arab, in absence of all types of resources, even adequate amount of food. Nevertheless, this had been attained so perfectly, so intensely, so extensively, so inherently and so originally that it’s impact lasted not only for one generation or two but for almost more than one thousand years across the two third expanse of the whole earth. The last Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) revolutionized the importance, the utility, the power, the performance, the work efficiency, the passion and the reason to the existence of life of the common man, let alone the super performers like Maula Ali (R.A), Umar the great(R.A), Hazrat  Khalid Bin Waleed(R.A), Hazrat Abu Hurairah(R.A), Hazrat Imam Hussain(R.A), Hazrat Bibi Fatma(R.A) and the like.
Our Current Performance:
All reports from around the world show up that muslim community and their nation are at the bottom of the ditch of backwardness, poverty, illiteracy, Ignorance, rebuke, discontentment, corruption and all types of problems.
In our national context, India has 657 universities as per the UGC list of Universities, 27thDecember 2013. According to this list there are only 24 muslim universities. In comparison to 302 Private and Deemed universities we have only 5 private and 3 deemed universities respectively.
In contrast with the initial steps when Madarsa Alia, Kolkata was the first college of the Indian nation and Mohammadan Anglo Oriental College, Aligarh college was the spearhead of the Indian Modern education, our performance collapsed down.
This shows our inability to handle crises and keep continuous growth.  Severe inadequacy in Human Resources Development Planning has been witnessed from our part.

In business, Administration, Politics, Education, Financial Services, Industrial growth, scientific development and social services we are representing ourselves less than we essentially should.
Proactive behavior, self initiative, Sense of responsibility, Competence development, Nation building are necessary requirements for muslim community in India and across the globe. We just have got to prove the worth and utility. Only on the basis of high performance, relevant and significant contribution to the nation building and global development we may prove our worth and leadership.
On the contrary there are people who are handling the whole nation and the world on the basis of their efficiency.
This would certainly, further, astonish us to realise that a few super efficient  people have ability to control the mentality, thoughts, likings, disliking, fashion, traditions, habits, preferences, work routine, mental growth, work tendency etc of the populace of the world. These are the greatest and the most influential leaders of modern world. These are organizations / companies that can manipulate the activities of the people of the world, as per their own need, intention and interests, ethically or unethically, whatever. For instances:
Coca Cola, PEPSI etc are not healthy drink actually. When they entered Indian market the biggest challenge in the market was health consciousness of the people, in the development of their business. So they projected their products not as drink beverage rather like a fashion and a new lifestyle and as a token celebration. Now, over a few decades we forgot our health consciousness and everybody, in every house or in commercial set up uses these fashion drinks as a token of welcome or celebration.
In the middle east countries, majority of the youth consume these drinks with their meal, almost compulsorily, many times in place of water even. Although certainly this is not good for health yet it has been in vogue. We may find similar attitude, habits, preferences, likes, dislikes etc in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Srilanka, Middle East, Indonesia etc. We have these habits not because these are actually our habits rather because they want us to have these types of habits.
If the human resources of a community or a nation wish to achieve some group, social, national or global goal, they set aim, follow the aim, put efforts in that direction, make their ways, develop new avenues towards the declared goal and ultimately, may achieve something constructive in the benefit of the community and the nation. But if they cannot afford to think freely, pay proper attention towards growth of the community and nation, put their efforts in something fruitful, invest their precious time in the pursuit of the targeted aim, it would certainly be uncertain that what they are going to achieve, finally, because they are not following something concrete, actually. There are some powerful players in this world who control the habits, activities and innumerous things of lives of the people of the world. They grab attention, effort, influence concentration and impact the performance of the individuals, communities and the nations. Where endeavours like TV, radio, facebook, Whattsup etc have facilitated professional work life  and communication they have impacted the habits, mentality, attention etc negatively also. These super efficient companies hold control over the mood and behavior of the people of the world on the strings of their fingers.
These all scenario of backwardness, poverty, helplessness and dependency upon others are with muslim community and nations not because we are following Islam, although many may think so, as a matter of discrimination, prejudices etc, but because we are not following the system of performance in Islam.

Innovative Solution from Islam / Impact of Islam on Individual Performance Optimisation:
We are following the same Islam albeit, our performance is at the bottom of the ditch of failure, ignorance, negligence, poverty, discontentment, rebuke, disrespect and backwardness. Whereas our Sahaba (R.A) followed the same Islam and had performed beyond imagination in every field, whatever be it. They transcended all previous standards of performance and set their own heightened standard of self acceptance, that mismerised the contemporary global best performers, like Roman Empire, Persian Empire etc.
Sir Dr. Mohammad Iqbal compares their performance with our current performance and proposes a solution too, that an effective education and training system like it was of Sahaba(R.A) is the need of the time, in his poem:
“WO SHOLA E RAUSHAN TERA ZULMAT  GUREZAAN JIS SE THI
GHAT  KAR  HUWA  MISL E SHARAR,  TAARE SE BHI KAM NOORTAR

IS DAUR  ME TALEEM HAI, IMRAZ E MILLAT KI DAWA
KHOON E FASID  KE LIYE TALEEM HAI MISL E  NESHTAR..”

When we notice, we would wonder that what were the factors that revolutionized and optimized their performance from the dust of ignorance to the glorious skies of global successes. Islam is impactful and it has provided us the system of tremendous performance and optimum success.
FACTORS OF PERFORMANCE OPTIMISATION
To mention a few those factors of performance and the content of training included the following:
1.       Quran Shareef says:           "Wama KhalaQtal Jinna wal insa illa liyyaabudoon"

·         One Direction for All
·         One Goal of All

·         Conviction in ALLAH
·         Positivity
·         Ability to think beyond Circumstances
·         Ability to Deliver beyond circumstances

8.       ISLAM says:                           “Pessimism is Kufr”
·         Positive Mentality
·         Extreme Positivity
·         Dependence upon ALLAH
·         Hope from ALLAH
·         Integrity of Personality

9.       Prophet Muhammad S.A.W practiced  and trained the Sahaba(R.A) :

·         Self Initiative                        :               Didn’t wait for any support. Started alone for Islam, justice, right concept and purpose of life etc.

·         Adamant Determination   :               Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) declared Islam and remained consistent in all extremely adverse circumstances

·         Zero Start up                        :               Huzoor Pak (S.A.W) started from 100% zero. No other resources was there except the will of ALLAH. When we see we would realize the absence of all type of natural resources, at all. This is glory of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) that ALLAH showed to whole universe that to create the biggest revolution of the universe ever, His Beloved Last Prophet  Muhammad (S.A.W) requires no other resource at all, except the Will of ALLAH. ALLAH is enough for him.

·         Clarity of Objective             :               There was no confusion at all in all decision makings, however difficult they may be.

·         Concentration / focus on Aim   :               The objective was clear that He had to establish the command of ALLAH at all costs, without any deviation, pause or stop. The eyes never swerved from the aim of life.

·         Critical Decision Making      :               Even if there was seemingly death, threat, boycott, difficulties, injuries, wounds Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) took decision to proceed ahead because there was no confusion at all to retreat or to reconsider the decision. The objective was quite clear that there is only one way that is to go ahead, in the name of ALLAH, with the conviction ALLAH.

·         Full Effort                                              :               Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) put his full effort. No standard effort  was a target to achieve but it was the main objective of life, to establish the Deen of ALLAH, ISLAM and this required complete effort, extreme efforts and the Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) exerted full effort. Several times he would fall faint due to excessive torture, or injury during Dawah or the battles, nevertheless, there was no question  of retreat, pause or stop.

·         Passion Discovery                                :               The strong association with the objective of life, clarity of the objective  and no respite without the completion of the objective the tireless efforts to establish the command of ALLAH, the ISLAM, was the ultimate desire of life of Huzoor Pak (S.A.W).

·         Right Profession Selection:                Under the training of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) different Sahaba(R.A) selected different work for themselves. As hazrat Ali (R.A) was the greatest warrior, Military leader, statesman, Administrator, Justice, Hazrat Abu Hurairah (R.A) was a mohaddis, in the profession of documentation and Research Skills; Hazrat Khalid Bin Waleed became the greatest military general of the human history, Hazrat Umar Farooq raziALLAH anh was warrior, administrator,  reformer, social leader, justice etc.

·         Passionate Performance    :               They all opted for professions as per their career aspirations and performed tremendously vehement. Whenever they performed life and death was equal to them.

·         Inner Delivery                      :               Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) and Sahaba(R.A) never performed their work as professional responsibility and only standard performance. Whenever performed, they just delivered innerfire.

·         Competence Development:             In order to deliver the main great, universal objective of the life it was essential to develop competence as per need of the objective. If it was a matter military performance they had to be more competent than the  opponents, rather multiple times more competent than the opponents of the whole world. So global competence development also is a sunnat.

·         Ability to Think Beyond      :               Huzoor Pak(S.A.W) practiced and trained Sahaba(R.A) on extreme positivity and conviction in ALLAH, that the result would certainly as per the will of ALLAH. They believed to try for the righteous establishments and justice, whatever be the circumstances. Hazrat Ibraheem (A.S) was flinged to the Fire of Namrud nevertheless, that beyond all the seemingly circumstances only command of ALLAH will prevail. And we know what happened. The fire cooled.

·         Ability to Deliver Beyond :                In all the various battle of Islam the followers of Huzoor pak(S.A.W) were less in number. However, was so high and conviction in ALLAH and in the leadership of Huzoor Pak (S.A.W), that they won over beyond imaginations.

·         Transcendent Performance:             Whenever they had to perform they had to compare their performance with the global standard of performers. Sahaba (R.A) performed always overwhelmingly better than them. They transcended the global standard  of performance, always.

·         Extreme Positivity                               :               Positive mentality and conviction in ALLAH give them strongest positive attitude. Because it is kufr to be negative and hopeless.

·         Conviction in ALLAH            :               It is Imaan to have unflinching faith in ALLAH and that everything happens because of the command of ALLAH and that ALLAH is with the righteous always.

IMPACT ON PERFORMANCE:

An example may illustrate the impact of these factors on the performance:

Hazrat Abu Hurairah (R.A) chose a profession of Research Skills. He was a Mohaddis and used to compile Hadees Shareef, with authentic references. His performance has astonished the modern Global universities.

Hazrat Umar Farooq (R.A) developed to be the most influential and powerful administrator of the human history. His objective of life was to establish the command of ALLAH over the maximum expanse of the earth. He got only ten years and he ruled the world, almost 6 six times bigger than the area won over by the Alexander the great.

Hazrat Khalid Bin Waleed (R.A) was fighting in the battle of Tabook where he had broken apart nine swords. They were 3000 and the Roman Empire were 100000, one lac. They were supported by 60000 soldiers of Byzantine Empire.  In total they became 1,60,000 of the world’s best and most equipped soldiers. They all were in the position to deliver the best global performance of that contemporary world.

This was a clear comparison of global performance. The enemy can performance 100% of the global performance, individually. And the Islamic forces have to fight the strongest opponents.

Ideal Personality                  :               Staunch love with Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W)
Critical Decision Making     :               Why to decide to fight with so dangerous enemies?
Clarity of Objective                              :               No confusion at all. Just have to fight and win for ALLH.
Conviction in ALLAH                            :               What will be the result?
Extreme Positivity                                :               What to expect as result?
Competence Requirement                :               How much competence is needed? Develop as per the Aim
Transcendent performance               :               Performance beyond the opponent’s total performance
Passionate Performance    :               Life and death equally livable and are only for ALLAH
Perseverance, full Effort    :               Persistent, Extreme performance
Adamant Decision Making  :               No question of redemption of decision

In the most fierce battle Hazrat Khalid Bin Waleed  takes advances and the king of the Roman Empire retreats  for safety and resorts to the Fort. The ferocious tigers of Khalid Bin Waleed(R.A) were bulging uncontrollable innerfire to establish the command of ALLAH.

Hazrat Khhalid Bin Waleed (R.A) delivers dialogue with the king of Roman Empire:

“Even if you hide yourself in the heights of clouds, ALLAH will raise me to your height to crush you or ALLAH will bring you down to face my rage”

“And Be ware! I bring with me the men who love death as passionately as your people love lives”..!

Sir Dr. Mohammad Iqbal says on Critical Decision Making, Clarity of Objective Perseverance, Full Effort, Adamant Decision Making, Transcendent Performance, Extreme Positivity, Passionate Performance, Innerfire Delivery, Conviction in ALLAH and overwhelming achievement of Success, in his poem:

Tujh se khudsar huwa koi to bigad jaate the

Tegh kya cheez hai ham top se lad jaate the

Aur Tal na sakte the agar jang me Ar jaate the

Paaon sheron ke maidan se ukhar jaate the..!

Enemy Performance per Individual :                               100%  of global standard
Total performance of enemy                            :                               160000 x 100%
                                                                                                                =              1,60,00,000% of global standard
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Islamic Performance standard          :                               3000 x 100% of Global Performance
                                                                                                                =              300000% of Global Performance
Required performance to win          :                               3000 x 10000 % of Global Performance
Required individual performance    :                               10000% of Global Performance

The calculation shows that every individual performer under the leadership of Hazrat Khalid Bin Waleed (R.A) was delivering  10,000% of global standard of performance.

With the impact of Islam every individual would deliver transcendent performance beyond  100% of the global  standard of performance. Transcendent performance was the habit of every individual and it was an inherent trait of personality of the students of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W).

In contrast we can look into our current modern performance.

Q1.  Do we have even locally winning performance?
Q2.  Do we have National standard of performance?
Q3.  Do we have Global standard of performance?

Keep aside the question of  transcendent Global Performance. We are following the same ISLAM but we do no have the same system of transcendent performance and Global success. We desperately need those revolutionary content of training that can impact upon our individual, community and national performances.

Modern Implementation: Suggestion

Whereas in modern life we do not get these contents in our formal or madarsa education, training and any development programme. We take education from school and majority do not know what is the main goal of life. We have been trained in such a way that we end up assuming a well paid job only to be the aim of our life.

When  students study a course their objective is to pass the examination with high marks. Development is most of the times not the objective. When a teacher, a professor teaches he or she assumes responsibility to finish the syllabus. But the development of the youth, of the community and the nation is not the stated objective most of the times.

When courses are designed the maximum objective is to grant a degree, to make a candidate qualified or at best to obtain a job but not the fulfillment of the particular necessity of the community or the nation or the global humanity. Where is our objective? Where is clarity of objective? Where is lofty aim?

1.     ISLAM says:                 “ Kuntum Khairah Ummatin Ukhrijat Linnaas”(You are the best community we have ever raised for the whole Mankind”)

2.     ISLAM say:                   “Wama Arsalnaka illa rahmatallil Aalameen”

Being muslim it warrants us to assume our responsibility to take on broad responsibility to make the whole nation and the whole world. We should  prepare ourselves to develop ability to work as good and as big as is required for the benefit of the whole community, nation and the global humanity.

Sir Dr. Mohammad Iqbal says on the main purpose of life of the muslim youth and their self responsibility, global citizenship and global responsibility:

“Be khabar tu  jauhar e aaina  e  ayyaam hai
Tu zamane  me  Khuda ka aakhiri paighaam hai..”

We just need to become relevant and of utility to the whole world. If we are unalternatively important and relevant to the existence of the nation and beyond that to the existence of the whole universe, the world will have to acknowledge your importance and will pay regard obliged tributes to your presence.

The world is using world economic system by World Bank, the world is using Microsoft Computers and internet system because of it’s relevance, the world is using facebook. Dell Computer, TATA, Wipro,  Infosys etc because of their relevance and utility.

The world has survival for the fittest only. There is no glory in the ignorance, valuelessness, and defeats. We must live for honour, glory, truth, justice, global prosperity and eternal success and contentment.

Then improve your competence. Lead the world with COMPETENCE.

The suggested factors of performance in the Islamic system are recommended to be incorporated into the formal education system, indiscriminately, for all subjects.

We ought to develop effective education system in order to produce appropriate quality of human resources in adequate quantity as per the need of the community and the nation. Efficient human resources are the need of our community, our nation and the global Muslim community. They are essential for the fulfillment of the various types of needs. For example:

Employment & Employability:          NSDC reports that India requires 60 crores of jobs by 2020, where total Indian machinery can produce maximum 10 crore plus 7 crore jobs till 2020. This is a very big gap. Nation requires so efficient human resources that may create jobs rather than taking jobs only.
If only 10% of the human resources are made like this, I.e job creator, and they may create 10 jobs each they would be contributing significantly to the burden of the nation. They would be giving the nation new 17 crore new jobs for the national brethren, adding to the economy of the nation and employment and employability if the nation

There are multiple requirements of the nation and our global muslim community. And we ought to develop our human resources as per the need. Only objective oriented action plan, clarity of objective, consistent efforts, competence development, passion realization, Passionate performance, transcendent performance are the current required traits of personalities that may be able to handle actual challenges of the nation and community.

Effective University Education
Effective School Education System
Effective Economic Distribution System
Effective Entrepreneurship Development System
Effective Human Resources Training System
Positive Electronic Media Development
Purposeful Print Media Development etc.

These are few among the various needs of our global muslim community and the nation, which ought to be addressed. We ought to develop our human resources as per our needs.
