Community Human Resources Development
In my opinion, we ourselves are responsible and accountable, as per the call of IMAAN, to craft the needed changes in the community by utilising the required social construction i.e educational and HRD mechanisms.
Only 5 Point CHANGES in the Quality of community human resources: We must understand that if we want to bring any change, what should be changes and where they should be. We need to bring change in the quality of our Human Resources. These 5 points change in one person, will change the total scenario for him, in his personal, professional as well as social life. Similarly, these specific changes can bring the required social construction.

The community, society or nation is made by it's people and the people are made, designed and crafted by the Education, Training and overall HRD System, which we do not have any, unfortunately.
The total Community Educational Infrastructure is mainly responsible to control the quality, performance and productivity of the community human resources, which does not seem to be happening, in majority of our cases. But we, as such an important, and the earstwhile global leader Community, cannot afford to miss to produce the Objective Oriented Quality of human resources for community and Nation, through the, improved, existing educational infrastructure, with a revitalised and objective oriented education system. Because, we do not have any other practical hope of change, development and revival, despite the nominal presence of our state and national HRD and minority ministries.
I consider only FOUR components in the community, which play direct roles in community human resources development:

2 . EDUCATION System
3 . Community Educators and
4 . Student Generation, + awaam.
We ultimately need to bring change in Quality, Performance Productivity and Personality of the community human resources through the mentioned FACTORS.

Components of EDUCATION SYSTEM: In order to produce better quality of human resources, we need to the quality and performance of our educational institutions. We need to the quality,performance and productivity of institutional education system. I want to mention the components of institutional education system, so that we may identify the areas of improvement:
