Education As The Main HRD Instrument Of Development

Any community, organisation, society or Nation is made by it's human resources. The human resources are designed, developed and crafted by the education, training and HRD System it has. For change and development, the main responsible HRD instruments are the education, education system, educational institutions  and the educators. 


Change AREA:

If we want to bring change in the society, Community and Nation, we must realise and acknowledge that the MAIN CHANGE AREA is the People of the community. If we change and Improve the Quality, Performance, Personality and Productivity Of the people, we would be able to bring any change in the condition of the community and Nation. But if we do not execute effective strategies of improvement and change, in the quality of the people, we would not be able to achieve the needed changes.


CHANGE Mechanisms: What are the actual instruments that can craft changes in the human resources, we must recognise, so that we can harness them correctly and properly. If my opinion the first important instruments are:

      c. Educational infrastructure 

2 . Educators 

3 . Other HRD mechanisms that build HRD climate.

What are the Components Of Community Educational Infrastructure:

8 . Coaching institutions

9 . Other institutions 


What are the Components of Education System:

1 . Education Syllabus/ Content

2 . Educators

3 . Training Methods

4 . TRAITS Of effective teachers

5 . TRAITS Of effective Students 

6 . Review System

7 . Essential Infrastructure

8 . Internal Management


Who are the Educators:

1 . Teachers

2 . Professors

3 . Principals, HODs, Dean, VC etc

4 . Mudarriseen & Muhtamim 

5 . Imaam

6 . Committee members

7 . Board members

8 . Social/ Public Speakers / Social workers

In order to bring about any change and to proceed towards improvements, we must be able to identify our improvement instruments and issues.


Community HRD ISSUES:

1 . Need to improve the quality, performance, personality and productivity of community human resources

2 . Need to improve the Concept, OBJECTIVES and Outcomes of our education for ourselves

3 . Need to improve the quality, performance and productivity of community educational institutions

4 . NEED to improve the Role of Community Educational Infrastructure in the Community Development and Nation Building.

5 . FIVE POINT change vision for Community individual Human Resources: 

     A. Objective (Islamic): Every individual needs to correct one's objective 

     B. Personality (Islamic): Every one needs to attain a correct Personality 

     C. Professions (Islamic): We as individuals of an earstwhile great community, must adopt correct career and profession, in order to address personal, professional, social and Aakhirat needs.

     D. Professionalisms (Islamic): Every individual requires to learn and use correct Professionalisms during our work behaviour and performance, which can represent our identity also. But it is not about your get up.

     E. Performance: We as individuals of the community must be informed of the three categories of IMAAN and it's performance, respectively. The first grade of Imaan requires us to establish justice and stop injustice, with power and authority... 


Needed Change & HRD Mechanisms: I am trying to work upon these needed change instruments.

3 . Institutional Capacity Building Programmes

4 . Organisational ( Business & other) Capacity Building Programmes 

5 . Imaam Capacity Building Programmes 

6 . Social change & climate building Programmes (DAEE Development Through Awareness & Educational Empowerment)

Thanks to the BHF Bright Horizons Foundation for putting so much of great educational efforts. BHF Foundation must expand across the state and the nation. This is working as per the actual needs of Human Resources Development for community upliftment and Nation Building.

NEED TO DEVELOP QAUMI TRAITS

Need To Become A QAUM and behave like Qaum We are a QAUM identically but actually, practically we are not a QAUM, rather we are large groups of individuals.  For an example, It is like a very large field, which is green with grass. It is innumerous grass but all are actually, finally weed. They do not have any cumulative strength. These all are only individuals. There is not even a single development like a Bargad Tree. Originally, we are a QAUM by IMAAN, hence everything thereby, need to be like of a Qaum, but currently actually we are not so. We need to revive and become a QAUM with the right set of qaumi TRAITS.
