Haalaat me aur logon me BADLAO khud se kabhi aur kahin nahi aa sakta..!
The CHANGE, in the condition and quality of the Generation, can never take place by itself or by chance.
If change is needed, it has to be crafted and brought about, deliberately, by scrupulous EFFORTS.
The quality, temperament, nature, attitude, wisdom, vision and the lot of the previous, present and future generations are the OUTCOMES OF the DIET OF EDUCATION, Educators and other learning mechanisms including various components of their environment.
More of the same, of these all, would never bring about any different or better outcome.
If we really need any CHANGE in the outcome personalities of the present and future community human resources, we ought to bring changes in the HRD MECHANISMS that impact upon them.
DEVELOPMENT ISSUES:
1. We must identify the changes that we need
2. We must identify the areas where we need changes
3. We must identify the factors which can bring changes
4. We must identify the responsible factors of community development
5. We must analyse the current contribution of the responsible factors
6. We must identify and define the responsibilities of the responsible agents of community development
7. We must identify the challenges and their factors
8. We must regulate and opitimise our efforts for identified constructive changes
9. We must identify our actual role in the current condition of community
10. We must NOT be the problem or any part of the problems
11. We must be a part of the SOLUTION EFFORTS.
