Ye baat sahi hai ke taleem se taraqqi aati hai, haalaat badalte hain. Lekin yahan ye dekhna aur tajziya karna zaroori hai ke kya Qaumi pasmanzar taleem badhi hai to halaat behtar au mazbootTar huwe hain ya badtar aur kamzortar? 

What is the OUTCOME personality of students after the completion of education? 
Ham ye analyse karne ki koshish karen ki kya taleem mukammal karne ke baad hamaare bachhe, students, naujavaan, mukammal ban chuke? Agar nahi, to phir ham unhe kya aur kaisa banane ki koshish kar rahe the itne saalon ki full-time education me? 
Kya full-time taleem ka bhi koi HRD OBJECTIVE tha? Agar tha to wo kya hai? 
To phir taleem mukammal hone ke baad bhi hamare bachhe hi hamare  liye SOLUTION Human Resources kyun nahi hain, ho chuke? 
Aur kya hamari taleem o tarbiyat ka design BaaMaQsad, objective oriented hai taa ke ham needed human resources taiyyaar kar saken? 


Qaum ki taleem o tarbiyat o taraqqi ke liye sabse pehle aur sabse zyada zimmedaar qaum ke Qaumi Taleemi idaare hain. Iske sath sath additional taur pe hamare desh ke tamaam taleemi idaare bhi hain aur ministries bhi hain, HRD & higher education ministry, Minority ministry, Labour resources ministry, Children & women welfare ministry etc, jinse hame apni taraqqi o falah o bahbood ki ummeed rakhni chahiye. Laakin! Hame sabse pehle to apni taraqqi ke liye khud apni hi koshishon ka jayza lena chahiye ke aya hamaare apne educational institutions hamaare naujavaan NASLON ko aaj ki tamaam zaruraton ke mutaabiq bana rahe hain, bana pa rahe hain, banane ka irada rakhte hain, banane ki justatoo o jaddojahad kar rahe hain ya nahi, aur usme kya kami filhal ho rahi hai, aur kya behtari laane ki zarurat hai, uske baad phir sarkari imdaad ke istemaal ki jaddojahad karni chahiye. 

Aaj hame laazmi hai ke ham apne Taleem ke OUTCOMES ko behtar banayen aur apne total Community Educational Infrastructure ki total productivity to baamaQsad aur behtar banane ka tahaiyya aur koshish karen. 

We need to improve the concept, objectives and outcomes of our education, education system and educational institutions, as per as the needs of community development and nation building. 

Suggested improvement areas for any educational institution:
1. SYLLABUS redesign
2. TEACHING & training methods effectiveness
3. TRAITS of teachers
4. TRAITS of students
5. Review System effectiveness
6. Utilising essential infrastructure
7. INTERNAL Management effectiveness
8. Educational & HRD vision
9. Institutional reputation, IMAGE rebuilding
10. Revenue & business etc. 

More of the same medicine shall bring no better results. We need to cure the medicine itself.

NEED TO DEVELOP QAUMI TRAITS

Need To Become A QAUM and behave like Qaum We are a QAUM identically but actually, practically we are not a QAUM, rather we are large groups of individuals.  For an example, It is like a very large field, which is green with grass. It is innumerous grass but all are actually, finally weed. They do not have any cumulative strength. These all are only individuals. There is not even a single development like a Bargad Tree. Originally, we are a QAUM by IMAAN, hence everything thereby, need to be like of a Qaum, but currently actually we are not so. We need to revive and become a QAUM with the right set of qaumi TRAITS.
